Mr D S Gorman

Appointed Head of History & Politics at Barnard Castle School in September 1997. Appointed Durham House Master in September 2001. Assistant examiner for OCR & AQA (GCSE level), and AQA (A level).  Interests include music, school debating, rugby, football and cricket.

Mr M P Ince

Joined Barnard Castle School in September 1998 as a teacher of history, politics & English. Tees House tutor. Interests include music, hockey, cricket and outdoor pursuits.

Mrs A M Gorman

Joined Barnard Castle School in November 1997 as a teacher of English and EFL. Now teaches partly in the History Department. Marwood House Mistress. Interests include music, reading and drama.

Mrs A J Campbell

Joined Barnard Castle School in September 2001 as a teacher of history and politics (part-time). Also teaches GCSE Business Studies.

Mr J W J Bird

Joined Barnard Castle School in September 2004 as a teacher of history, geography and games.  Resident tutor in Northumberland House.
